I chose Dr. Ong because a friend did her cataract surgery by Dr. Ong and was very satisfied with the results. I just received my left eye cataract surgery this week. The surgery is very successful, no pain and Dr. Ong is very patient and gentle. I am super satisfied with my surgery result too. Thank you Dr. Ong.

She is very knowledgable and easy to talk with.

Dr. Ong’s knowledge brought my vision back. I lost my hope to be able to see with my right eye. When she checked my eye very carefully she promised me that I can see again in 10 days. Great Doctor, Needs to improve patient waiting times. My exams and interview combined last 15/20 min The dead time , waiting was 1 hour and 35/45 minutes. Need to get patients in and out especially us elderly who can’t sit or stand for long periods. I met an elderly lady who was in tears and her daughter leave and reschedule cause the wait was to long . Instead of placing patients in exam room and waiting room way to long they need to see us , exam and interview efficiently to keep patients moving quickly and efficiently. Like I said Doctor is top notch but waiting to see her and get out is horrible.

Unprofessional as she started yelling at me for no proper reason. Instead of being calm she was hot heated and disregarded my concerns related to my eye.
