Very disappointed in my last visit. The staff was nice but I waited 1:20 minutes to be seen and showed up on time. There was no apology. Dr Pappou rushed into the room and I had to remind him of our last conversation only two months ago. He seemed to "blank out" and I felt like he had no idea who I was and/or what I was talking about. It seems like he is overworked, over scheduled and has a lot of personal stuff going on. I'll give him grace bc he has never been like this before but I am very skeptical now of scheduling my surgery with him.

Dr Pappou was extremely efficient, answered my questions and provided information on my diagnosis. He had no hesitation in providing a recommendation for my care that was fact based.

Wonderful first visit with Dr. Pappou and the staff. I have confidence in his opinions.

I am fortunate to have Dr Ioannis Pappou and his staff for my care and in my city. The best care the brightest people and most caring people, including the front desk, pleasant, great care and follow ups and he actually reads the chart notes and images, but also impressive is that they have families and are busy but still take time to ask about how I had been aside from healthwise, they look great doing the job and do a great job keeping me healthy. My initial doctor retired in 2018 and I was referred to Dr Pappou then. I travel because Dr Pappou is not in my neighborhood, however I would never change from his practice. I would confidently refer anyone to this doctor.

Fast, easy,very knowledgeable of my problem and I enjoyed his demeanor as we talked. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a shoulder, arm, or hand problem. The staff were great and very friendly and efficient when I arrived.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pappou for several years now to treat both my wrists and he is not only a great physician and has helped me tremendously with my wrists issues but his people skills are very rare in his profession, I am thankful and fortunate to have met him, thank you Dr. Pappou.

Doctor Pappou and staff are easily the best doctor-patient experience I've had in my 59 years. He's patient and listens to you. He doesn't seem to be in a hurry to get to the next patient and is very clear and concise. He replaced my right shoulder, which went perfect and we are watching my left shoulder. Not in a hurry to get the surgery, but to make surgery the last resort. My opinion you won't find a better surgeon!!!

Perfect. Wait time was minimal, Dr Pappou was thorough and provided meaningful and easily understood information.
