Would not recommend this Dr. to anyone!

After consulting with Dr. Tehran, it was determined my husband needed a procedure done in the office that required taking an antibiotic two days prior to prevent infection. Although we provided a list of my husband’s current medications, an antibiotic was prescribed that was incompatible with the meds. The pharmacy refused to fill the prescription and contacted the doctor’s office twice for another scrip to no avail. My husband went to the office in person and the doctor asked, “which prescription?” We are not medically trained and have no idea. The office staff assured us they would rectify the situation. After multiple calls with no return phone calls, we still do not have a scrip and had to cancel the appointment for the procedure. My husband has kidney cancer and suspicious prostrate issues. If the doctor and his staff cannot take care of an antibiotic scrip, how are we to have confidence in anything else with this practice? The doctor’s English is very difficult to understand as… well and information has to be repeated numerous times before it is intelligible. We have given up on this urologist and will seek a new one.

I do not recommend this Dr. The office is filthy and proper cleaning does not occur. Dr. does not review or recall past notes and visits. Dr. does not review full medication list to determine if medicines are duplicates are conflict each other. Dr. stated he was seeing me daily at hospital and only came to my room one. Poor level of service. DO NOT USE HIM.

I've been to the office on several occasions and throughout my visits there there has been several changes as to staff members and all. The office is a rental office and the property owners refuse to provide certain accommodations. The current staff is very patient and understanding, the doctor himself explains in detail what he's doing and what need to be done. I have even called after 5PM and the doctor himself answers the phone and provide you with care. I personally feel that this office is being singled out because of the fact its a rental office. This doctor is the only doctor in the Brandon area that accepts Medicaid.

Terrible facility, rude Dr. and staff. Refused to acknowledge my questions and answers would only speak to my father who is impaired from multiple strokes. Very disrespectful. The facility itself was disgusting. Dirty, nasty, unclean every where. They blamed it on a fire next door, then I saw the lid to their sanitizing tub. Gross, dried, brown liquid around the edges. Most disgusting doctor facility I've ever seen.

The Doc is ok I guess. His staff has a lot left to be desired!
