Dr. Jason Douglas Bullajian

Dr Bullajian performed Cataract surgery on both of my eyes two Months ago. He was excellent in covering my options and for care before, during and post surgery. however, even though I was very clear on several occasions that I wanted to focus on my distant vision eye sight without glasses and was OK with reading glasses I have ended up with the opposite. My distant vision is marginal and my reading vision is acceptable. In reality for excellent vision in either situation, I need to use glasses. exactly what I didn't want. While I understand all the excuses for the result, it would have been nice to hear that this result might occurr. So overall, not real impressed.

Texas Vision and Laser Center what a great place and Dr. Bullajian is the best. My husband and I have been going to Dr Bullajian at his Frisco office for a couple years now. We are always treated so well by Dr. Bullajian and the nurses and office staff could not have been any better to us. Always there to answer any questions and always a smile on their faces. My first eye cataract surgery went so well. I was very nervous about the surgery but Dr.Bullajian prayed over me making me feel very cared for. Now on to the next one this week. If you are looking for an eye Dr. I definitely recommend Dr.Bullajian. Five star for me.

Dr.Bullajian is a very good Dr. Nice personality, listen to anything you have to tell him and he shows he has a Good Heart, good manners, and friendly approach. I had always complaint about all doctor I had to visit and all because we are retired and have Medicare to paid for us. I just had Cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and I was treat so good that I am telling all my friends to go to him. My son and my daughter were like: "Wow Mom finally a really good doctor". This office is the most poorly-run medical practice I have experienced. Dr. Bullajian is awesome if you can get past all the employees making this a most miserable experience. First off, I have made appointments for routine annual checkups the last two years. In 2017, his office changed the appointment time AND date twice. When I finally got an appointment, I was left sitting in the reception area for 45 minutes before I was ever escorted to an exam room. At the end of that visit, I was told I would need to come back another day to have my routine field-of-vision test because the lady who does that test only works one afternoon a week and it was NOT the day I was there. I guess there was no concern on their part that I would have to take a second day off work to have this done. In 2018, I set my annual appointment before I left my 2017 visit. As of today, Dr. Bullajian's staff has changed the appointment three times. Each time they call, they make no effort to accommodate my… schedule. They simply leave a message stating a date and time they will allow me to be seen. None of the times worked for me, so last week I contacted his office and requested that my medical records be sent to a new ophthalmologist. Today I received a call saying they would not send the records to another doctor. I would have to take come by their office, pay for the records and deliver them myself to my new doctor. (I understand from my new doctor that my medical records belong to me if I want them.) My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE.

Before making an appointment with Dr. Bullajian of Texas Laser Vision I was very apprehensive about removing the cataracts from my eyes. His office staff and his demeanor relaxed me enough to go ahead with the surgery. The results were phenomenal! He truly is a miracle worker when it comes to restoring vision! Dr. Bullajian performed cataract surgery on my left eye December the 4th and on my right eye December 11th. He and all his staff , including the surgery center staff, made me feel relaxed and very comfortable that I would know what I was to expect and that they would do everything they could to make my eyes the best they could be. Dr. Bullajian prayed with me and my husband before both surgeries and when I became concerned about my right eye after I accidentally scratched it after surgery, he even came all the way into his office to meet us on a Sunday afternoon to check my eye out and assure me that all was going well. I was very concerned and he never made me feel that my concern was an imposition to him which I know cost him time with his family. I can't express enough how glad I am that he is my eye doctor and that I can now see so much better than I could before. I would highly recommend Dr. Bullajian and Texas Vision. Linda Herzog

Dr. Bullajian was very thorough and explained all the procedure to me and my husband. At the time of my cataract surgery he was compassionate and understanding of my anxiety and prayed with me before we began.

I just completed my cataract surgery and implant process, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My office visits were informative and pleasant. Dr. Bullajian is very knowledgeable and spent an appropriate amount of time explaining the process to me. He gave me options and concurred with my decision. He has, with his staff, an efficient process and I always felt in very good hands with each person who assisted. No surprises with the financial aspect of the procedures either, thankfully.
