Dr Russell is a very personal and trusted orthopedic surgeon. I would have no one else. However, his administration is abusing his time. I had the first appointment yesterday, and he was an hour late, because they threw meetings and requirements on him before the appointment. Please stop doing this. It is not fair to him. He can then not spend quality time with his patients.

Dr Russell is a wonderful surgeon. He is very compassionate, thorough, has a great bedside manner. Explains your treatment options and what to expect pre and post surgery. Had a Right reverse shoulder surgery in Feb and it went better than I would have thought possible. Very little pain. Waited 4 months before I could have the surgery. It was SO worth the wait. He is a busy DR, however he is Excellent. The wait times don't bother me because he is good and takes time with his patients. Very thankful to the person who recommended him.

The visit was wonderful. Dr. Russell is a very special physician and that he listens and will think about your case. He spends quality time with you. And despite the fact that he’s incredibly busy and at times late. I have never gotten the feeling that he’s trying to rush out of my room. He always gives me the time I need. Which is part of the reason he’s late. It is a very difficult situation as a physician. But I appreciate him very much.
