From the moment we walked in the door at Orthopedic One we knew we were in the right place. Dr. Politi and his entire staff were not only professional but they were also so kind. Dr. Politi explained the x-rays and completed an evaluation while explaining everything. Even though I did not end up needing hip surgery due to my pain, Dr. Politi and his staff made sure before we left that we had an MRI and a follow up appointment scheduled within 2 weeks to figure out exactly where my pain is coming from.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Politi and his entire team at Orthopedic ONE. I had been having severe hip and low-back pain for several months, and it had finally reached a point where I couldn’t enjoy the activities I loved anymore. From the moment I walked into his office, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Politi was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain my X-rays in detail and walked me through all my options without ever making me feel rushed. He was straightforward, professional, and clearly an expert in his field, which gave me total confidence in moving forward with his recommendations for treatment. The coordination from his staff was seamless. They are a well-oiled machine. I believe he truly cares about his patients' outcomes. I would recommend Dr. Politi to any friend or family member without hesitation.

Professional, courteous, kind, and accommodating staff. Very nice facility. Dr. Politi is a very experienced and knowledgeable and abreast of cutting edge techniques, as well as a research physician who adds to the body of knowledge. Straight-shooting, explains diagnosis and proposed treatment plan well and in layman's terms. Takes time to answer all questions. Puts patients at ease. My highest recommendation!

Dr Politi has been such a rockstar in my knee journey. He is the only doctor of 3 highly recommended doctors in the Columbus area who didn’t just offer a shot, encouraged me to build muscle and let me make the decision on when I was ready for a knee replacement! He is positive and helpful and anyone who needs a knee replacement you would not be in any better hands than his!

I have been very pleased with my experience. I was a total knee revision patient. Dr. Politi explained everything to me & took the time to answer our questions. All his staff is wonderful. When I called with questions they answered me promptly. Every person from singing in to leaving has been very pleasant. They are very efficient in their work.
