Dr. John Moy, MD

I have used the Dr Moy office for many years. Minimum wait is 2 1/2 hours for complete appointment. Staff is extremely rude. They bill my Medicare for items not completed. They tell me I must come back annually or they won’t see me any more. My Medicare agent told me this was a scam. Terrible service, rude office staff, scam Medicare billing.

I think I am never going back....first appointment was long, doctor told me they have to take pictures of my eye and since I was a new patient they needed my records from my previous doctor. I go for the follow up and waiting more than an hour in the waiting room they take me inside another waiting area for almost half an hour, they take me in the room, the doctor comes asking me they will have to take some pictures of my eye and I asked him you just did last time a few weeks ago I was here and he has no idea, oh really he says and he finds out about the pictures he never cared to even look at them neither did he go through my medical records from my doctor and now he wants me to go again to see him in six months, very very disappointing experience.

Did not want to answer my questions unless I scheduled surgery first. An intimidating and argumentative doctor. Did not take any time to explain his procedure for correcting my eye problem...just said "Let me do my job." . I needed more information to help me make a decision about surgery. I do not want to go back and would never recommend him! I was in the office for 3 1/2 hours...what a waste of time and money!
