Dr. Joseph Vincent Centofanti, MD

Never has there been such an incompetent practice as this. Miscommunication galore. No one talks to anyone, everything is putting things in notes or reading notes. Screw up upon screw up. Doctor is arrogant, doesn't look at the patient, let alone examine them, because he's too busy typing on or looking at his computer or looking at his phone. He has no bedside manner, if you will. Staff is always making mistakes. They love making the patient chase their tale to rectify something they messed up and then acting like it's not their fault that it happened when called out for it. Totally avoid this practice, you won't get help, just a lot of hassles.

The office is totally overbooked and they admitted it on several occasions. They cancelled my appointment and when I calmly expressed my disappointment in how long it was going to take to see the actual doctor again (5 months) I got a return call from the hysterical office manager. She was highly emotional, yelling, not allowing me to communicate my concerns, and telling me that she was going to “report me to my primary care dr” (of which I could care less) and that “I was not listening today” as if I was a preschooler being scolded. All the while, I remained composed, my voice measured and not once spoke to her out of turn. At 49, I have never come across a staff member, a manager at that, so ridiculously unprofessional. There is no doctor in the world that is worth putting up with staff that aren’t able to control themselves enough to act composed and speak to people respectfully. Good luck to you if you are a patient here. Dr Centofanti, fire this manager cuz she can’t handle it… and is a terrible representative!!

Dr. Centofanti is by far the most arrogant and rude Dr. I have ever met. Completely Unprofessional!!!

Dr. Centofanti was pleasant, explained what he was doing step by step and reviewed the results with me. I was very happy with my experience with him. The office staff were very pleasant and helpful.

My PCP referred me to Dr. Centofanti for a pain in my neck. The doctor found a pinch nerve thanks him I feel so much better. His was staff was very caring to get me in as soon as they could.

The doctor listened to me, explained what he thought my problem was, ordered the appropriate tests and I had a diagnosis within no time. Treatment was prescribed and I am now doing much, much better. noticeable to family as well. I am truly grateful that there are still GREAT physicians out there. Doctor has my full confidence.

Dr. Centofanti and his staff are a blessing to me and my family. They're help, compassion and professionalism is top notch throughout our personal time of crisis. I thank my lucky stars he is located locally.

I am a migraine suffer until I met Dr. Centofanti I hardly had any relief, he is caring and understanding doctor who has help me manager these headache. Office staff could not have been nicer.

Horrible!!!

I've got very, very difficult to treat migraines and Dr. Centofanti has been a Godsend. Unlike other doctors, he hasn't given up on me when the "regular" treatments haven't worked - he keeps on trying and looking for new ways to help me. I left another practice that had become too big so that I never saw the actual doctor - I love that even when they had a nurse practitioner (who was great - sorry to see her leave), I still saw Dr. Centofanti regularly and he was still involved in my care. I really like that he respects my knowledge of my own condition - he listens to me, he answers any questions I may have and treats me as a partner in my care, rather than being patronizing. My only criticism at this time is not with Dr. Centofanti per se - but I would hope that since their NP left, they hire someone else who is capable of doing IV magnesium infusions so that when Dr. Centofanti isn't available to do them, someone else is.
