He is an amazing doctor. Where others turned me away he saw a challenge. He listens to your concerns and doesn’t dismiss you. He takes pride in his work and gives you 100%.

My mom fell and broke her ankle in 3 places. She was sent to Dr. Strauss. He did immediate surgery on her foot. God put my mom in Dr. Strauss hands and now she is doing fantastic. Thank you, love and god bless you and your staff. Mark Chaput

One of the most compassionate caring physicians. Took the time to listen. Did not make you feel rushed. Truly showed concern for the injury that my family member sustained. Was gentle and recognized before touching the pain that she was experiencing. Explained everything he was going to order and why. Would highly recommend him!!! Dr Strauss had performed 2 total knee surgeries on my husband, who has multiple health issues, with great results each time. When he fell and broke his hip, he and the family were adament that he would let no one but Dr Strauss perform the total hip replacement necessary to treat his injury, even though it meant a 40 mile ambulance trip from our local hospital to St Mary's where Dr Strauss is on staff. Dr Strauss accepted him in transfer even though he had a full surgical schedule. (We were told we might be liable for the cost of the ambulance to the tune of in excess of $2000.00) You can'r put a price tag on peace of mind and great results!! Thank you, Dr Strauss! 5 Stars!!!!!

I met Dr. Strauss at AAMC when I fractured my femur. He was available, professional, listened to my wonderings and alternate ideas about my health while also doing the surgery. He was aggressive when it came to multiple methods to reaching optimal recovery of full mobility. He was always professional and personable! He's a fabulous doc!

Dr Strauss gave me daughter an emergency knee surgery as she dislocated every ligament surrounding her knee. He made sure a nurse kept me abreast of my daughter's condition during the actual surgery. After the surgery, he let me know what the complications were, and showed me before and after pictures of my daughter's knee. He made sure her discomfort level was taken care of by writing enough prescriptions to get her through her pain. He did an excellent job!!!
