Much better than expected results. I was treated professionally but compassionatly by everyone involved. Could not be.lieve how smooth everything went. All in all, it was a reat experience.

I have been a patient of Hecker Ophthalmology for more than 15 years and would never think about changing. The staff from the check in person, the technicians, the optician, the check out person and the doctors are both professional and caring. While I have seen some changes in staff over the years, the staff that has been there for the last 3 or 4 years is the best ever.

The service was very poor. I waited over 2 hours and finally had to stop someone and ask them why am I still waiting. Finally they put me in a room and my eyes were dilated, etc. No one washed their hands, no one cleaned the equipment. Some one can in to work on my eye. They never introduced themselves. I was a new Patient. I developed infection in my eye. It took more than a month and more medications before it got better. I will never go there again.

Dr Hecker is professional but has lost me as a client. There is now a $30 charge to obtain a written prescription for corrective lenses unless you have a refraction done at the time of the eye exam. I will find equally qualified Doctors without the upcharge. Hecker Opthomology appears to be following the airlines profit model.

Dr. Hecker is one of the best that I have ever met. After wearing glasses for over 60 years, I have met a lot of them. I would not ever think of changing.

Dr hecker is a professional and a very good one. She fixed my left eye and I cannot wait for her to fix my right. She is so nice and knows what she is doing. I am an older person and I have worn glasses since I was 11 and I have never had a better DR.George Smith
