Dr. Keith Ray Cook, MD

I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician than Dr. Cook. I've been with him for five years and, unfortunately for me, have kept his professional life interesting. He has been proactive and detailed in my care and gone above and beyond to help me in several ways. He not only cares for my biological health, but has been an encouragement through some dark days. I'd give 10 stars if they'd let me.

Dr. Keith Cook has been my primary-care physician since he started his practice with Johnson City Internal Medicine. He is an outstanding physician. He is an extremely competent and caring physician. He rates extraordinary in all aspects. His approach to patient care incorporates the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of his patients. He is non-judgmental and patient.
