Dr. Keith Gregory Heinzerling, MD

This doctor is an epitome of a model physician. Dr. Heinzerling dedicates his time to meticulously explore all the options towards the patient's wellness. He spent at least an hour for the initial consultation and ample time for each session thereafter to optimally map out my treatment. I have found this quality to be rare among the majority of physicians whom I have ever met. Dr. Heinzerling responds to every email nearly immediately in a highly satisfactory manner.

Dr. Keith Heinzerling should be reprimanded by the medical board! As a behavioral doctor he does not honor the patients privacy or what he agrees to. He is unethical and as other motives then your well being! A disgrace to the medical community!

This so called doctor makes false documentation on patients. Doesn't know how to treat drug addiction!! Please beware.

I have been seeing Dr. Hienzerling for two years. He has always been caring, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I have 5 different doctors at this time and have had many in the past. Dr Hienzerling is a good doctor.

Poor social skills. In wrong profession. Creepy. Refused to take feedback. Avoid.

My assumption was that Dr. Heinzerling would be well versed in general medicine as to address causes, or health complications that might arise due to medication or drug usage and going off meds. He was not. There was a lack of empathy that deeply concerned me. I should have asked him why he chose this given field for his interests is not with the patient.

There was an eerie feeling in the actual patient room and once the doctor walked in he reminded of a villain from a Lifetime movie! There were so many red flags. The first was not being thorough and telling me to take Tylenol when in my chart I am listed as having a liver problem!! He was colder than the artic ocean with a smile that served as a detached mask.

He was intrusive and uncaring. Seemed to have a motive in revealing things on medical records and even fabricated on them. I don't know why he is in the behavioral and addiction area of medicine? He generalizes and seems totally detached, very uncaring.

Dr. Heinzerling was intrusive and fabricated on his notes after our visit. He was not sympathetic and broke the one code behavioral doctors should never break his word and confidences. Run fast from this doctor he has other motives for helping patients.

This is the best doctor I've ever met. He is usually on time and spends an adequate amount of time with me. I never feel rushed. Between visits if I have questions, he calls me back the same day. I have never met a doctor as qualified and caring as Dr. Heinzerling. He is the best.
