I try not to leave reviews but when his billing department is not being honest and fair then I want to warn others. I had booked with his department for an ultrasound guided biopsy for my thyroid. His front desk assured my husband that he performed this service so we booked it. I come into my appointment for him to tell me he does not do them anymore due to not having the ultrasound and running into more complications just doing the needle biopsy unguided and not getting enough samples to send into labs. He referred me to an endocrinologist, who I had already had an appointment booked with that following week. So I am getting charged almost $300 for a service I did not even receive! I explained this to his billing department on multiple calls that I’m willing to pay something for his time even though it was a waste of my time, but I don’t agree to paying this amount of money when I was booked under false pretenses and turned away! We were warned to not go here from a friend who had a… bad experience with him and went against that. I guess I should have listened. You should do right with your patients and actually work with them rather than your billing department just saying “oh well”. Not okay at all

Dr. Wilson saved my hearing. I suddenly lost hearing in my left ear a few weeks ago, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me the right treatment. My hearing is back to normal! So grateful!

I went to see Dr. Wilson in regards to hoarseness as well as being seen for my laryngitis. I did not have to wait long and the nurse was very personable. Love the staff! Dr. Wilson came in shortly and was able to help me immediately. I was told that if I didn't feel better to call back. I was helped tremendously and feel like I was listened to and problem solved with. Thank you for a great visit. Earlier comments about always charging and making money isn't true. I came in knowing myself what was covered and what my deductible would be.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Kind staff, kind doctor, and right on with the diagnosis and plan. This is the way medicine should be practiced.

I had a problem with my sinuses. It turned out to be nasal polyps. I ended up doing sinus surgery and now can breathe so much better! I only wished I had come in earlier. Dr. Wilson is an excellent surgeon who is very skilled with his hands but more importantly has excellent bedside skills. Very happy patient.

I had an outstanding experience in the Lone Peak office. The staff is super helpful, and Dr. Wilson got right to the problem and made a plan to fix it. I noticed that there are a few negative comments from several years ago, so maybe things have changed since he went to his new clinic. I only have great things to say.

If you need an ENT, Dr. Wilson is the one you should see. He is so caring, sensitive, and knowledgeable. He has always taken good care of me for several different problems I have had. I highly recommend him.

My family has had several visits to this clinic and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Wilson always listens to our concerns and then includes us in the decision-making process as he devises a plan to help us get better. Also, the staff is wonderful. We love this clinic!
