Was told exactly what the procedure was and pros and cons. Dr Aswad was very friendly and very proficient at what surgery had to be done. Great follw-up and more follow up soon. Great experience

Dr Aswad is wonderful all the things Dr.s should be. all the staff is great.I feel she takes care of her patients exceptionaly well.

They were very caring and friendly, I felt like family. Prompt with records & insurance. Helpful on the phone preparing us before we came sending us paperwork to fill out at home 1st to bring in so we did not have to sit in office & do. Dr Aswald was warm friendly, not rushed,took time, made spouse feel comfortable also. Talked us thru what to expect with 2 procedures I was having. She answered our questions, went thru my medical records & I felt completly taken care of. In surgery the hospital staff all spoke highly of her. After my medical dr told me that Dr Aswald found a polpy in a late stage and at the very end of the intesine where many miss the `turn'. If I had waited any longer it would have been cancer. My aunts dr missed hers in the same location it was larger and is now cancer she emailed me the same week. Many Drs miss going that far. So this shows Dr Aswald talents in our book.I had no problem in surgery-the staff was excellent as was Dr Aswald and her staff. Dr Aswald… has her own ringtone on my phone-good Dr's are hard to find!!! This one is a KEEPER!!

The lady in the office who schedules the appointments/surgeries is VERY rude. There was an erro with our insurance so before contacting us to get this straightened out they cancelled the suregery. The insurance company now has everythign fixed and now when I call the office to see about getting the surgery rescheduled the lady tells me she is too busy to re-verify the surgery and she probably will not get it done before the end of the month--today is the 10th--if they cant get this done before the end of the week I am getting a new doctor!
