Dr. Monica Giselle Robles, MD

So impressed with Dr Monica Robles. She took her time with me, asking questions, advising, setting up tests, very thorough and compassionate. The entire clinic was friendly and efficient.

Spent more time waiting then being seen. I brought in blood work from a doctor that referred me to her care. She skimmed through the paperwork told me that he other doctor should have diagnosed me. I felt like just another number not even to hardly be heard. Sometimes I think doctors forget that we're human just as much as they are.

Great doctor but horrible wait time! Seems like every time i go im in there even longer. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and a half and in the back another hour on my last visit just for an A1C check. One of my visits before that i was even skipped over and missed my turn in line. I was noticing people that had came in after me, already leaving. Would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the wait time!

In the waiting room an hour and a half then in the back for a little over another hour and a half. Never had to wait so long in this office. Seems it gets longer everytime i come in. I was only here for an A1C check.

My first visit she changed my medicine giving me a massive dose of a medicine I was allergic to and damaged my heart causing afib. I am now on expensive medication for the rest of my life. Caused by her hurry up type of care. She doesn't have time to hear your problems. Also the wait time is two hours or longer.

After 7 years of mediocre service, I don't know what happened to her but I would not trust taking my neighbors dog to this so called Endocrinologist!

She doesn't work enough and treats everyone impersonally. Wrong diagnosis because she didn't care enough to listen to me or my symptoms

does not spend enough time with you, currently looking for another doctor, did not like the care she provided for my mother

the best doctor I have ever been to; she truly cares about her patients.

Had 2 appointments with Dr. Cardenas and she spent a total of less than 5 minutes with me combined. Do not go to her for thyroid problems! I am getting a second opinion, she offered no solutions or treatments or any general help period. Also asked me no questions and while I was talking to her, kept on walking toward the door and finally I just quit because I felt she was in a hurry. Does not listen to the patient, but only listens to test results.
