Great at every level. Dr. Vaidya acts as all doctors should. He is competent, calm, reassuring, and professional. He explains in detail and treats you with respect. Front office staff is also awesome.

Vaidya, MD, Vitreoretinal Surgeon at Retina OC, on very short notice the same day. The technician was kind, helpful, and efficient, which was appreciated as I could see Dr. Vaidya soonest. This last occasion to see Dr. Vaidyawas regarding a sudden loss of eyesight in my left eye. I had previously been a patient of the doctor for a detached retina. Let me say on both occasions, I was, in short, terrified that I might lose my vision. On both occasions, Dr. Vaiday was incredibly calming and extraordinarily knowledgeable and spoke in a positive/confident manner to say, "we can fix this " and he did so on both occasions. I can't say enough about this excellent doctor; he is kind… and will take as much time with you as you need.
