just want to make an appointment.....no actual person to give me one. I've tried 4x in 20 minutes, was automatically transferred to some "call center" where they said they don't have the office hours when I asked isn't anyone in the office. Then she takes down my number says someone will call me, (who knows when), to give mean appt. I have zero confidence. It shouldn't be this difficult to get an appt. And what "quality control " are they talking about? This type of call is not quality at all.

Personal care as it should be. He never rushes. Takes the time to answer all my questions. I He really cares about his patients. Genuine. Trustworthy. Kind. Above all, a consummate professional.

Dr Ansari is the BEST, But staff on check out is very rude(in Hoffman Estates). Average wait time on Hoffman Estates office is around 2hrs. Elk Grove office wait time is much better compare to Hoffman Estates.

Dr. Ansari operated on my right cataract last week. His practice, Suburban Associates in Opthamology, has been managing my severe myopia / astigmatism for several years. In August, Dr. Ansari advised me that my eyes were now ready for cataract removal and lens implants. The surgery was performed at NW Surgicare and the procedure / outcome was excellent - absolutely no discomfort and superb corrected vision. In the past 20 years, I had gone to three other practices - all in Arlington Heights - and only SAO accurately diagnosed my condition and, therefore, conservatively managed my case and restored my sight! Thank you Dr. Ansari!

Dr. Ansari performed surgery on my father and was a perfect example of how a medical professional should be. Dr. Ansari and his staff were incredible.

Dr. Ansari has a non-intimidating manner which makes me feel very comfortable. I never feel uneasy asking questions. His practice of follow-up (appt.) makes me feel that he really cares for his patients/treatment/procedure outcomes.

Ive been to a number of eye doctors over the past couple of years. Not one diagnosed the problem I was having. Once Dr. Ansari told me the problem I was having was Keratocnus I needed special contacts to correct my vision. He referred me to Dr. Ostoich. Dr. Ostoich fitted me with the correct Gas Permeable lens. Within ten days Dr. Ostoich office called I went in to try my new contact lens, Wow, what a difference. I would to thank Dr. Ansari for explaining the problem I was having and finding a true professional like Dr. Ostoich who took his time to make sure the contact were fitted correctly.
