Dr. Ramsis Farid Fahmy Ghaly, MD

Dr. Ghaly is hands on from diagnosis to post op. He truly cares how patients feel and doesn't delegate. If MRI or XRays needed, he accelerates your appointment with them. His intelligence and experience command respect in a very competitive market. He's a refreshing Doc in whats becoming a generic assembly line business. He's performed surgeries on multiple family members with great results over several years. He spends all the time necessary to listen to each patient, not the 7 minute rule most Docs are ordered to comply with currently. For that benefit you may have a longer wait occasionally, but when it comes to health and pain, Dr. Ghaly is definitely worth it. I have seen dozens of MDs from Mayo, Rush,Northwestern, and Edwards and there are many good ones, but none better or more caring than Dr. Ghaly!

The most hands on surgeon you'll ever find. Works harder than most from appointments to surgical follow up. Also has 4 seperate Board Certified Specialties! No dealing with PAs....always with Dr. Gh as ly. You m as y be in the waiting area 30 minutes..but well worth it!

I am very impressed with Dr.Ghaly. I have seen many doctors in my life and never felt that a doctor really cares about me but Dr.Ghaly. He makes me feel special and not just another patient. He is extremely smart, talented, professional, gifted, extraordinarily competent, skillful, etc,etc. He makes me feel I am in the best hands. He is also sweet, loving and COMPASSIONATE. I wish this world had more doctors as Dr. Ghaly. He was the only one doctor who gave me an accurate diagnosis. So proud to be his patient!!! Definitely God put this angel on my way!!!

Meeting Dr Ghaly was a God sent for me. Dr. Ghaly is not only the very finest Dr. I've ever met, he is a very close friend. Dr. Ghaly feels your pain. He is there for you and your family. Dr. Ghaly keeps you fully informed and he will tell you like it is. Dr. Ghaly performed surgery on discs in my neck. The pain I had in my arm and hand was immediately gone. I have recommended Dr Ghaly to other people who have come back to me and thanked me because Dr. Ghaly corrected the problem that was causing their pain. Dr Ghaly performed several surgeries on my spina several years ago. He is the best with regards to ability to diagnose, treat and follow up. I would not hesitate to take anyone in my family to him. I have not seen him in years and unfortunately he has moved out of my area. I actually feel as though I have lost touch with a friend and not my doctor. You will not make a mistake by choosing him as your physician and surgeon.

My experience with Dr, Ghaly was outstanding. He diagnosed my spinal issues in less than one minute - after being told by two other doctors that nothing was wrong. He held my hand through the entire surgical procedure (spinal fusion L4-5) and through my recovery. I am fully recovered and back at my full-time job. If not for Dr. Ghaly I would still be laying flat on my couch at home, unable to care for myself. I was blessed to be referred to such a fine surgeon.
