Dr. Richard Brian Foulkes, MD

My friends recommend me to Dr. Foulkes for LASIK. They had their surgery done a few years back and have done great. Had my surgery done last week and I am seeing great without my contacts. He does take the time to talk through all of my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I have seen several doctors regarding my complicated cataracts in the area and I can say Dr. F was the best choice! He spend a lot of time education me on my condition and after proceeding with cataract surgery, my vision has improved significantly. He did an amazing job. Will definitely recommend my family to him.

Overall, my experience was positive. I found him online based on reviews for my eye condition. He is a cornea specialist, someone I needed. After my initial visit, he knew the problem right away and found a treatment right for me. So relieved I found Dr. Foulkes.

I came to Dr. Foulkes for LASIK after a friends recommended him. Super funny guy and vert intelligent. He knows a lot about refractive surgery and my eye condition. After several different doctor visits, I decided to proceed with LASIK with Dr. Foulkes and I wish I had done it sooner! The LASIK procedure took only a few minutes and I am so happy with my vision! My job is very physical and wearing glasses was a hassle. Now I can see 20/20 without glasses. I recommended this surgeon to anyone not just for LASIK but any vision needs.

Dr. was very knowledgeable. Got me in the same day. I was in so much pain and he took out the piece of leaf that was in it. I am very relieved - the pain is so much better.

Was referred for red eye. I thought it was a simply allergy and found out that it was inflammation. He gave me some drops and the pain went away in a few days.

I was referred for a LASIK evaluation by a former patient. I was was apprehensive at first and the Doc was very reassuring. I did have a higher glasses prescription and was nervous. In the end, my vision is 20/20 now. I do still have some dry eye and a few halos at night. The doc did tell me about that and I can live it since its no that bad. Otherwise, I am happy to be glasses free now. BTW, he is a great surgeon.
