Dr. Roger Daniels Luskind, MD

I went to him because the location was convenient for me.. I really don't care for him and I'm switching to another doctor in the same practice. I realized that he's very arrogant and has his own agenda-- he gets defensive everytime I asked questions-- I must be taking up too much of his time . Last time I saw him, I called ahead to tell the office staff that I had special orders from another doctor for specific tests (this doctor was simply trying to obtain thorough records of my disease process-- I have a systematic disease, before treating me), the staff said they documented the request and were sure Dr. Luskind could accommodate me ( at this point I had been an established pt for about 2 years). Dr. Luskind laughed at me for bringing him the request and said he didn't find it necessary to carry out these tests. I wish he could have told his staff ahead of time that he wouldn't accommodate me-- instead I saw him for 5 mins, got laughed at, and he billed my insurance company hundreds… for that. I ended up sending old records from my previous Opthamologist (who I liked but retired) to the other doc and had to tell him how unaccomodating Dr. Luskind was. My opinion of Dr. Luskind is that he's arrogant, condescending, and just in it for the money--- he is not accommodating for patients or even other doctors (who are ranked as top doctors-- yet are kinder than Dr. Luskind--who is not considered a top doctor).

Dr. Luskind was recommended by a friend for my eye care; I was grateful. Dr. Luskind has a very calm bed side manner which put my anxious concerns at ease. Great medical eye exam!

I have been seeing Dr. Luskind for many years. I have been very satisfied with the quality of care he has given me.
