Dr. Tim Kiernan Conlan, MD

I have been a previous patient of Dr. Conlan and tried to ignore his attitude. I went back to him to discuss problems I have with my knee. He did not allow me to finish my comments, did not examine me, told me I needed a knee replacement and when I tried to ask questions, handed me a pamphlet and walked out. I will not go back to him. He was out in the hall chatting with the nurses; apparently that is more important. If I am trusting a surgeon to operate on me, I want someone I can discuss things with and not wave away my concerns,

From diagnosis and evaluation to surgery, recovery and post care Dr Conlan was meticulous and evidence based. I am grateful!

He rebuilt my husband's heel, after he shattered it in a fall. There is NO ONE I would give higher marks than him. He is a blessing to our family, and our community.

He has been my doctor for 5 yrs. or more. He’s a true professional who has always answered my questions in an understandable way. Will ask “Any questions?” each & every time before leaving the room. At one time he diagnosed bursitis in my hip. He stated that although injections could be given, he did not recommend it. That’s a rarity in modern medicine. Drs. administer too many pills and shots even when it isn’t necessary. I only wish he had been my surgeon back when my hip broke. The many negative comments surprise me. No, he’s not big on eye contact which is always nice but not necessary. However, his excellent skills are a necessity. I have a rare syndrome-Marfan. He’s the first orthopedic doctor who has extensive knowledge about this. Invaluable.

Massive injury to my right leg,no doctors in my area could handle it.Thankfully they sent me to him,took 2 surgeries, but he rebuilt it. Hurts like a bear sometimes, but I can walk. You cannot find a better Orthopedic surgeon!

My son fractured his foot falling down the stairs. The Intern that looked at his x-ray said it was just a sprain and was going to fit him for an air cast. Dr. Conlan came into the room to see his foot because of the excessive swelling and found that his foot had two fractures. Dr. Conlan was very nice and caring, would definitely recommend him.

Dr Conlan might struggle with his bedside manner but you couldn't ask for a better physician. Great surgeon and will be there himself to see you in the hospital the next day after surgery.

Dr. Conlan replaced both of my Hips, one in 2015, one in 2016. I had been in severe Pain for Years. He is very professional and truly cares. I am completely painfree and able to ride my Horses again. Thank you.

My complete knee-replacement surgery was remarkable! Surgery completed in one hour & in recovery, walking same day, released following day, in physical therapy in 3 days!
