Dr. Edward Nicholas Digges, MD

Dr. Digges is amazing. He is the first doctor to really listen to my mom. He has helped her with Meniere's disease. Her dizzy spells and illness are controlled. He is a hero in our world. I highly recommend Dr. Digges.

I have been seeing Dr. Digges for 5 years now. He goes above and beyond to make sure I understand exactly what my diagnosis is and what is the next step. He is caring, funny & always has a smile! His staff is excellent as well and always accommodates me to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Both of my children have seen him and had tonsillectomies! He was great with them and did a wonderful job!

Read tests & visited w/me about symptoms. Very supportive. Gave me a form of treatment & said we'd see how it was doing in 6 months unless further degresdion. Had first severe vertigo incident in five months but my own fault for not limiting my salt intake & stress for several days.

The staff at this office is extremely rude and they have no compassion.

After suffering with Meniere's for several months while under another ENT's care, I heard about Dr. Digges. I was so sorry I had suffered so long before finding him. My entire daily routine "revolved" around life with the disease...meaning I had no daily routine any more. I was canceling more events than I was able to attend. Dr. Digges helped me immediately with the right medication. Thank you, Dr. Digges! I have referred every person I hear about with Meniere's to him. Everyone of them sing his praises too.

We were referred to Digges by our first ENT for a eardrum repair surgery. Surgery went well, though his bedside manner was horrible. You next to never get a person when you call and they do not return calls. Even blamed me at one point! They even filed a neglect complaint on us for missing an appointment that we gave prior notice we would not be at and it was essential our son be at the other appointment we had to make for that day. Our son's ear never closed entirely and then his ear drums became severely retracted. Dr Digges said tubes again might be the answer. We wanted a second opinion. Our son failed hearing tests at both his pediatrician's office and at OU Children's. But when I took our son back to Digges to check up, he said he passed his hearing test with flying colors and there was nothing wrong with him. He didn't even LOOK in his ears!!! The same man who said not even 2 months ago that he needed tubes again!! See you in 6 months, he said. On top of that, their… "family-friendly" office as they put it to me was ABSOLUTELY NOT family-friendly!! There are half walls with chairs next to them, huge windows with chairs next to them, and the toys they had for the kids to play with were DIRTY, FILTHY, STUFFED ANIMALS!!! You NEVER have plush toys in a sterile environment! NEVER!

I AM IN SHOCK WITH THE STAFF IN DR. DIGGS OFFICE...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE YOU NEVER EVER SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON AND I FIND THAT TO BE EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS. MY DAUGHTER HAD SURGERY ON HER EAR AND DR. DIGGS TOLD ME THAT SAM DAY TO CALL THE OFFICE AND SCHEDULE A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT (HE EVEN GAVE ME THE DATE TO TELL THE OFFICE TO SCHEDULE IT FOR). I WAS PRETTY CERTAIN I WOULD GET A MACHINE WHEN I CALLED AND GUESS WHAT! I DID! I LEFT A MESSAGE 4 DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO CALL BACK. THEY TELL YOU IN THE MESSAGE THAT THERE IS NO REASON TO CALL AND LEAVE A 2ND MESSAGE BECAUSE IT MIGHT DELAY THEM CALLING YOU BACK. REALLY??? THE ONLY REASON THIS DOCTOR DID HER SURGERY IS BECAUSE HE WAS REFERRED BY HER PEDIATRICIAN. SO FOLKS...IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOSE THIS OFFICE!

Be careful, the staff are not responsive, will attempt to bill you for what is supposed to be charged to insurance. They reflect extremely poorly on Dr. Digges.

When Dr. Digges saw me he told me I needed surgery to possibly restore hearing in my ear. I asked him if I could get a second opinion. His response was " Certainly, go ahead, check me out, you will see I am the best." I did check and he had wonderful credentials. So , I had the surgery and my hearing was restored.This doesn't happen all the time and the surgery was quite horrible. but Dr. Digges was professional and kind. I am thrilled! He is the best!!
