Dr. Edward Jew

Can't get through to him on the phone to make an appt! I called tand got a virtual assistant that did not recognize "Dr. Doe" or "Dr. Dew". After several tries I got thru to another number- and was unable to get a person on the phone. I am trying another doctor.

HE BILLED FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER PROVIDED and that were totally irrelevant to my one and only visit. I've spent hours talking with the insurance company, Cornell and his office to get them to fix it and it's still not resolved, over a year after the visit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The best doctor in the universe. I love his practice. I have been a patient of doctor Jew for 15yrs plus. He's understanding, very attentive and I would recommend him to anyone.

Staff was unprofessional. No communication. No follow through. Never sent blood work. Lost blood work. Never informed patient. Never apologized to patient.

DR. Jew makes youfeel very comfortable and talks to you like a human being.

TERRIBLE. His office is a factory. I went with possible symptoms of cancer. After more than an hour wait, he was in and out in 10 min. He took a biopsy and just said he didn't think it was cancer and walked out. No discussion, explanation for bleeding, alternate diagnosis. I pointed out also a lump in my breast. He touched it for a second, referred me for a mammogram, and never called me with any results from either test or pap. I went elsewhere, and found I did have breast cancer after all. I would never recommend Dr. Jew to anyone.

Dr. Jew was referred to me by a friend; I was pregnant for the second time in ten years and scared to death because of the ending of my last pregnancy. I miscarried two years earlier and the doctor I was seeing never seemed to know who I was from one month to the next so it was important to me that this Doctor showed he cared. Dr. Jew was kind and supportive, his bedside manners were exceptional and I truly felt during each visit that he cared about my health. He always called me by name and asked how the family was. He was a straight talker and I felt like I could believe him. He knew my fears with having an episiotomy and told me that he can make certain I didnâ??t have to have one, well my delivery went off without hitch and he was right no tearing or cutting. He is a great Doctor and a good person. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is a fine doctor, however the negligence of his staff is deeply concerning. Once I criticized the staff to him and he brusquely apologized. But more recently, and far more troubling, his staff neglected to send me important test results and I left more than 3 voicemails requesting the results, all of which went unanswered. My numerous followup calls were placed on hold, unexlicably, at times for more than 10 minutes. I am still waiting for my test results as I've again left my number and requested a call back. I am leaving this practice.

He made me wait an hour to see him and then rushed me out of the room. He was rude and terrible to me - DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR if you want a kind sympathetic knowledgeable one!!
