Very efficient office. Friendly atmosphere. Dr. McGrory is a very good doctor.

I used to see Dr. McGrory about an eye condition called blepharitis. I had what looked like paste under my eyes and it made me look about 90 years old. I would see him for years and he would only use Tobradex Ointment to treat it. I asked him about other options since the ointment was messy and would get on my sunglasses making it impossible to see. Every blink created a blurry sheen on the lens. He did not provide other options and said there is no cure and he made it sound like I should just resign myself to using this greasy ointment for the rest of my life. I decided to try another eye doctor who was willing to think "outside the box". He said I had Dry Eye and that I should try Restasis which is used to treat Dry Eye. He also put me on Flax Seed Oil supplements. All I can say is I am so glad I switched to this doctor because Restasis got rid of the paste-like coating under my eyes. It is like a miracle eye drop and no greasy mess. If I had stayed with Dr. McGrory, I… would still be using the ointment. I just wish he had clued in to my frustration and tried something else.
