Did procedure on incorrect eye. Poor communication skills.

Poor communication.... doesn’t explain procedure. When you ask questions, he seems annoyed. He made a decision at the last minute to do repair on the right eye when he originally said the left eye needed repair. He didn’t do a good job.

Not great at communicating or explaining procedure.

All about money with this Dr.

I unfortunately had two eye surgeries within two years for a blocked tear duct. The first time I was given a 95% success rate. I was in the five % It did not work. The second time I was told it would be more extensive and will work. I believed it would and foolishly underwent the surgery for the second time. One month after having my stent removed, my eye is the same as it was before the surgery. I went through a lot of pain, loss of work, out-of-pocket expense, and all I have to show for two surgeries is a scar with scar tissue build up and debt. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. It was a very negative experience.

Dr. Chang builds a comfortable rapport with his patient. Our son had a bad injury, Dr Chang was very honest, informative, yet reassuring . We felt very confident in his ability to successfully perform surgery on our son. We highly recommend him!
