Dr. Elias George Chalhub, MD

This man should not be a doctor. Unprofessional, rude, and bad attitude. Sincerely, Mother of child he saw three times years ago and grandmother of a child he recently saw and hes still the same mean person.

The office staff was very polite and courteous from the time we walked in until we left. First impression of Dr Chalub was horrible! I ended up complaining to office manager about the doctor before leaving the office from our first appointment. I am not one who usually complains about anything. I usually won’t give a review unless I can give a good review. But, I am getting so sick of the way some people treat others! Without patients these rude doctors would be out of business. Office manager has contacted me since we left but I am not sure I will agree to use him a second time. Dr Chalub was blunt, and changed the tone of his voice and leaned forward towards me as he made a comment that came across as judgmental and degrading. Regardless of his intent he does not come across as concerned for your child at all. I have research my sons symptoms intensely, even going to a medical library to better understand the possible diagnosis based on 15 years of his symptoms and previous… medical history. Dr Chalub can’t know my child in less than 10 minutes if he was in the room that long! We were running late by 15 minutes due to flat tire but he agreed to still see us anyway. He could have said no let them reschedule and that would have been okay. Regardless of us being late to the appointment it does not justify his attitude especially when I was courteous and respectful to him. Now I know why one of my friends drives her two children all the way to Florida for a caring pediatric neurologist. Save yourself the grief and choose another doctor unless Dr Chalub is your only option!

He was always very rude and condescending to me and my child. He treated my son like je was a nuisance. He does not have the patience to work with children. I just don't think he cares for women or children. He was a bit more pleasant when my husband came with us. He also prescribed a medication for a type of seizure my son didn't have. We decided to travel 6 hours away to see a good doctor.

I have never been so disappointed or disgusted after bringing my child to see him. He should not practice medicine. He obviously does not like patients.

Last year when my daughter came to him he was dismissive rude, prescribed medication with horrible side effects and I was told that wasn't happening. We ended up switching to another Dr in a different state. Also when asked for the paperwork I brought in and had to pay per page for was refused to give me and all MRI and CT disks. Said they didn't have so thankful that we found a competent Dr. Also said my daughter didn't have seizures. He is a joke.

My daughter has been a patient for approximately 4months occasionally i have to bring my other daughter to the check ups. Today was very unpleasant as far as Dr. Chalhup himself I had to bring both daughters to the visit.my youngest daughter isn't even a patient of his he asked her to get up in the chair she was in process at that she was completely out of the way. He reached down and grabbed my 4year old and placed her in the chair. I feel he was very unprofessional he did not need to put his hands on my daughter anyway I was dealing with her she was not acting out anyway shape or form.

The worse Dr I have ever seen.

Rude. Doesn't listen to patients. Walked out of the room while I was asking him a question.

Dr. Chalhub came in, didn't listen to a word I had to say about my son, wrote some prescriptions and said "See you in 3 months." I tried to ask him a question and he looked straight through me, turned and walked out. I then asked the nurse if I could speak to him again, she asked him, and he refused. Was in and out in 90 seconds for a new visit. Had the most arrogant attitude!!

When my daughter had her first issue, when she was a healthy 2 year old, Dr Chalub spit out an epilepsy diagnosis like he had said she had a cold. Pushed us out the door, prescription in hand, no sympathy, zero compassion, no explanation. If my horrible insurance would allow us to go anywhere else we would. This man hits my daughter on the head with his reflex malot every visit, my daughter, who has SEIZURES and migraines! Also sometimes I have to bring her younger brothers along. And he tells them not to play with the toys in the office. He's a total jerk.
