Dr. Elizabeth Ann Read, MD

Dr. Read is the most kind, compassionate and caring doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She seems to love what she does and she makes you feel at ease as if you are her only patient. She actually listened intently to what I had to say and answered all of my questions before my surgery. She even called me the night before to see if I had any further questions! I love Dr. Read. Would highly recommend her if you are looking for a doctor to perform your hysterectomy.

Wait time can be long but I think that is because she spends a lot of time with her patients.

on first looks the facility was clean and the receptionist was nice, I was still kind of nervous with this being the first time I seen Dr. Read. I was first greeted by an LPN who was very friendly and seemed to enjoy her job, she calmed most of my nerves. Once Dr.Read entered the room she asked me to sit in the chair so we could talk first. she pulled her chair right up to mine and asked me to tell her exactly why I was there and what I hope to gain from seeing her ( a question I was never asked before by a doctor) as I talked to her she listened and took notes. once I was finished she summed up what I had wanted and went over everything with me in detail. The way she communicated with you made you feel at ease and comfortable to talk to her about issues down there. I would highly recommend anyone to see her, and I really hope she can continue to be my doctor, she is definitely one of a kind.

Dr. Read is awesome! I have never met a Dr. who is as caring and has such a nice bedside manner. She makes you feel like your her ONLY patient! She even calls you at home checking on you and answers ANY question or concern you have! Shes remarkable! If you ever need a gyn/ob..she would be the best choice!

I work in the field and Dr. Read is by far one of the best OB/GYN's I have had contact with over the course of 15 years. She delivered my son and has helped me with some issues pertaining to aging/hormone abnormalities. My wait time is never too long unless there has been an OB patient who is having issues, which I fully expect to take precedent over a GYN patient. Overall she is kind, caring, and compassionate and I never feel rushed when I am in her office.

Dr. Read is an excellent doctor. Unlike most in her profession, she spends the time with you. Excellent at diagnosing and follow through with treatment plans. They don't get any better than her. Highly recommend Dr. Read.

The wait time is far too long. She no longer accepts new patients.

I love Dr. Read. I have with her over twelve years and I cannot wait until she delivers my children. She is very care, patient, and listen to your need and wants unlike many doctors today.
