Dr. Steele ran tests that were unnecessary and failed to disclose that there was any additional charge. I was also run through auditory exams without having seen the doctor or identified the need for a hearing test. Oregon Ear Nose and Throat Center tried to upcharge me approximately $700 without notifying me of the financial costs associated with it. Unethical, not trustwrothy, and I won't be back. Steer Clear. Office manager indicated that this feedback has happened on several occasions and that they are addressing this issue with the doctors. I'm tired of being ripped off by people. They did dismiss the $700 after pleading my case. I will be escalating this scenario to the Oregon Medical Board because there is supposed to be trust between the doctor and the patient, of which there is none. Please be sure to ask about the cost of everything they do as I was told by their billing department this is the only way to find out what financial obligation you will have when you walk out the… door. Doctor is not up front about cost. No trust, No visit, NO WAY.

Dr. Elizabeth is warm, caring and in my eyes the best doctor to see with your health concerns. She and her assistant Cat are outstandingly caring folks.

Dr. Steele takes the time to listen. That means people have to wait longer to see her but her intellect, problem solving and compassion are worth the wait.
