Dr. Emma Louise Clay, MD

Dr Emma clay is trying to figure out what’s going on with my eyes I am beening sent to different drs when I first went to her it was my droopy eyelids all because of these visual eye testing that I take and don’t understand I click when I am suppose to they seem something else I googled that these field eye tests are never accurate it’s not my eyes it’s my eyelids! I did my research why don’t they sit and actual listen to the patient? Dr Emma clay seems to just passing me on.

This review either pertains to their service or their fax machine. I had a referral approval from my insurance to go to this place and they were in my insurance network. I called them up the first time to see if they received my referral approval. They said they have to check the fax machine and will give me a call if they get it. I said I have the approval letter and I can fax it to them. Which I did. No call back from them. The next day I called again and it was the same excuse about having the print outs from the fax machine and they will call me if they receive it. HOW LONG DOES A @#%&* FAX MACHINE TAKE TO DO A PRINT OUT !!!!.... I finally gave up and called my insurance to do another doctor search that was in my insurance network. Like I said either the fax machine is dead or they don't like my insurance. AVOID.

I was surprised and disaappointed by how long I had to wait to see Dr. Clay. Dr. Clay and her staff, though, were great to deal with, very apologetic for the wait time, and had a professional attitude.

I like Dr. Emma Clay, but I waited over 40 minutes to see her. The office over-books this physician with appointments. Not nice to do to the patient.

I was extremely nervous with having eye surgery ... Dr. Clay eased my nerves,explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and just made me feel comfortable. I felt blessed that she was my doctor... I needed a doctor like her to help me get through my anxiety. Thank you Dr. Clay!

My first appointment I waited 50 minutes then left without ever seeing doctor. I don't like a doctor who thinks their time is more valuable than mine.

I recently visited Dr. Emma Clay for my yearly visit. I had a recently complicated medical situation and she took the time to really listen to me, understand the situation, and provide valuable guidance. I found her to be extremely thorough, thoughtful, professional and caring. I couldn't have asked for a more empathetic and caring physician and highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Clay was outstanding. She took a lot of time to listen to me and speak to me as a real person. The staff at her office is professional and I could get an appointment easily when I needed to get in post-op. Dr. Clay always explains what is going on in real language and I have recommended many people to her.
