Eric G. Bonenberger, M.D., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at the Orlando Orthopaedic Center. Dr. Bonenberger specializes in anterior approach total hip replacement, minimally invasive total joint replacement, knee and hip replacement using MAKOplasty, reverse total shoulder replacement, arthroscopy, and sports medicine. Do not go to anywhere else. Absolutely the best Doctor on the planet. I had a knee replacement it was over before I knew it, easy breezy. I was nervous but Dr Bonenberger put me at ease. Great Doctor great guy.

Dr Bonenberger did a Total Knee Replacement of my right knee Friday August 2, 2024 and I am without a doubt extremely happy with my choice. After one week of of therapy my range of motion is better than before surgery. Extension is a 6 and flexion is 112. My therapist commented that all of Dr Bonenberger's patient's have had better than normal post operative results, healed faster with less pain than other patients from other surgeons. I would definitely refer this Dr to anyone in need of Orho

I've had a hip replacement and a knee replacement with Dr. Bonenberger within the last two and a half years. Dr. Bonenberger has always been great and very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend him as anyone's orthopedic surgeon.

I had a total hip replacement by Dr. Bonenberger at the Outpatient Surgery Center a year ago with a fantastic outcome. Dr. Bonenberger, Team Bonenberger, the Surgery Center and other individuals at Orlando Orthopaedic that supported the whole process were great. The experience from the initial examination through the surgery and follow up was excellent. Hardly any surgical pain and recovery/rehab pain was minimal and completely gone after a few months. I am back playing racquetball competitively again and could not be happier.

16 days Post Op on a full knee replacement and could not be more pleased. Been seeing Dr. Bonenberger for a year now and decided it was time to "get it done". Very good bed side manner, very professional, and very customer caring. I selected him based upon his reviews and fully believe I made the right choice. In and out surgery, at home in the afternoon on the same day. Be sure to stick with your PT, icing, and compression. Worked very well for me. I recommend!

Dr. Bonenberger performed my knee replacement surgery on 1/20/23. It was done outpatient at the Advance Surgery Center of Orlando. The lateral incision technique that he uses makes such a huge difference in the recovery! I was concerned because I live in a two story townhome but I was able to slowly walk up and down the stairs 3 days after my surgery! I am 5 weeks post-op and I couldn't be more happy with my recovery and the surgery!
