I had an nerve study appointment with Dr. Hammerberg in Aug 2018 and after waiting over 2 hours to see him, he rushed through the study, with no gradual application of electrical pulses(leaving my arms cramped for a week) and provided no feedback(other than it must be carpal tunnel) on the results, ever. I just received the first communication from his office, being a bill for the horrible visit after 1.5 years. I believe that I paid a copay when I visited him, but am not able to find the receipt after so long.

Very rude, unprofessional. Expect to wait 30 minutes - two hours for scheduled appointment. Does not listen well. He really needs to just retire. I wish I could have a job like that...... no effort at all.

Dr. Hammerberg is a good Dr. ... however, his office should not make appointments. They never stick to the time.. everytime we come here we have to wait over an hour to be seen. Then If your late you get rescheduled... this office sucks!!!

Eric is a great neurologist! Very friendly and is eager to help with any issues you have once he has a diagnosis worked out. I highly recommend.

Years ago, in the beginning when Dr Hammerberg was coming to LUH, appointments were radical...and sometimes I would have to wait and finally leave. I look back on them now and laugh, cause he made a house call to me on one occasion. Through the years, he has been the most wonderful neurologist and welcomes me with hugs.... He is a great man, a great doctor and a very caring person. Your ratings are wrong.

He runs a terrible practice, fails to let patients know it is time for a yearly appointment and then kicks them out of the practice for being in "noncompliance". He did not care if he kicked me out without the medication that stops me from having seizures multiple times a day, so I seized for a week while I was finding another doctor to give me my medication. I had two appointments with him, one I waited for 45mins and the other I waited over and hour and a half. He does not care what the patient thinks and does not run enough tests. He is find with a simple "I dont know what you have, here take this pill" DO NOT GO TO HIM!

There is definitely a reason the insurance company wanted me to go see this doctor. He is not nice, is uncaring, and I have no trust in his ability to care for me as a patient
