Dr. Eric Michael Reuss, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Reuss’s for many years. He is attentive, personable, professional, and genuinely cares. It would be such a better world if there were more doctors like Dr. Reuss. He and his team are A++++

Dr. Reuss is amazing! I was going through a difficult medical situation and his staff was able to get me in to see him quickly. At a time I was scared, he was very patient and considerate, taking the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated that he was there for me throughout the entire process, explaining everything in detail during every appointment. I don't know any doctor who cares enough for their patients to not only provide outstanding medical care but educates you as well. Dr. Reuss and his staff make you feel like family and very comfortable no matter what you're going in for. Will never go anywhere else!

Dr Reuss delivered two babies for us. We live in south Tempe and searched for a doctor we felt the most comfortable with. We ultimately chose Dr Reuss because he was the only doctor who was dedicated to actually being there in the hospital when it’s go time. For us that was important.. to have the same doctor we’ve been seeing for months throughout the pregnancy be the same one in the hospital. & that stood to be true, he was there for each of the deliveries. His office staff is beyond amazing.. I have decided to continue regular gyno with him because I honestly don’t think there’s any other office that’s more committed and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Dr. Reuss & his staff no matter where in the valley you live, they are worth the drive!

Great doctor, office stuff are wonderful!

I know this is a long one but I/we can’t say enough about Dr. Reuss and his wonderful team. From day one Dr. Reuss has been accommodating, responsive, attentive, and personable just to name a few. I truly appreciated his patience with me particularly as a first time parent with many questions and concerns. Especially now reflecting back and realizing that some of those concerns I had were pretty silly, he never once made me feel inferior. His team, Gabby and Denise especially, have also been just as kind and welcoming. My husband and I always looked forward to our appointments, wondering what new insights we would learn about our baby at each appointment from all of Dr. Reuss’ knowledge and expertise. Dr. Reuss is also very thorough. I had some hormone test results that came back with unusually high levels of prolactin and Dr. Reuss went into details on possible causes and made sure to monitor levels and symptoms as the pregnancy went on. Thankfully everything has been just fine. I… also had some blood work done for a life insurance plan and had concerns about the results so I sent the results to Dr. Reuss. He was kind enough to review them and answer all of my questions with a quick response to put my mind at ease. Towards the end of the pregnancy (38 weeks), I experienced some symptoms of Cholestasis which could be dangerous to the baby if left untreated. After he ordered blood work for a bile acid test, my symptoms subsided but the bile acids came back high. Since I was nearly full term, Dr. Reuss provided the option of inducing. Since my symptoms were gone, he left it up to us to decide how we wanted to proceed and answered all of our questions. Not once did I feel pressured to make one decision over another and felt completely at peace being able to make the choice of inducing which ended up being the best decision. I can honestly say that throughout the entire process Dr. Reuss always allowed us to make the choices that we thought would be best for us. And finally, during the process of inducing, Dr. Reuss would visit us at the hospital and would call in occasionally to see how things were going when he wasn’t there. Something I truly appreciated especially not knowing what to expect out of labor. He also visited us everyday that we stayed at the hospital after the delivery to check on us. It might sound crazy to say this after one week postpartum, but after such a wonderful experience with Dr. Reuss and his team, I would do it again. We can’t thank him enough for helping us deliver our beautiful baby girl and look forward to working with him again in the future.

dr ruess comes out and greets you personally and takes you back to his office so you can discuss your concerns then he walks you to the exam room where is MA takes over he comes back in and makes you feel relaxed while doing the exam, when you are done he takes you back into his office to discuss treatment plans, great guy really takes the time to talk to you. He did surgery on me in 2015 made me feel like i was his only patient he called me at home several days after the surgery and never once made me feel like i was bothering him.

I can not say enough about how much I love Dr. Reuss and everyone in this office. He truly cares about his patients and is always open and honest. I've had two children and the care I received both times has been amazing. Whenever I have had an issue or question or have needed to be seen, the office is always accommodating. Plus, Mary in the front office is always so helpful, even when insurance companies are being difficult. I also love all the medical assistants who provide great care and have amazing attitudes. Dr. Reuss is a drive for me given where I live but I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else! I would highly recommend him.

Superb experience with doctor, staff, and personalized service. Who else sees you before and after your exam fully clothed to answer any of your questions? The doctor gives you his personal cell phone for emergencies. This is care that you just don't see in any other doctor's office. I'm so glad to have Dr. Reuss and his staff caring for me.

Dr. Reuss is the best! His office staff is super nice too, and very caring. Women get a bit crazy when pregnant, but Dr. Reuss remains calm and supportive which you really need especially with the unknown of the first pregnancy. He takes the time to ask you about your overall health and makes you feel very comfortable. You just don't find that at most doctors offices where you are rushed in and rushed out.
