Dr. Sipos is a board-certified neurosurgeon with Western Neuro and serves as Chief of Neurosciences at Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Director of the Carondelet Neurological Institute. Before joining the Western Neurosurgery team in 2000, Dr. Sipos served in the United States Army as a neurosurgeon at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and at Brooke Army Medical Center.

Dr. Sipos bedside manner is Excellent!! He listens earnestly to your questions and explains exactly what's wrong. I trust him emphatically and wouldn't go anywhere else. I Thank God for his dedication to his patients and their needs. I've been going to him for 17yrs.

Dr Sipos successfully treated my brain tumor and I have no post op issues. I would recommend him to anyone having brain or spinal issues.

I had to have emergency brain surgery and Dr. Sipos did my operation. I am extremely thankful for him. I Feel so much better now thanks to him. Thx Dr. Sipos.

Fused C-7-T1 due to some advanced stenosis and degeneration causing radiculopathy. Complete relief and more mobility then Ive had in years. 6 months later and I am95% pain free in that region. Great staff and surgeon, I was fortunate to find him and Western Neurology.

I have complete trust in Dr Sipos. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, makes suggestions at the patient's level of understanding, and leaves the ultimate decisions to the patient. What more could you ask for?

Dr. Sipos identified a complicated back problem from my MRI. He explained what he could do to relieve the pain and discomfort in very a understandable fashion. Both he and his PA Nicole Nelson were extremely kind and supportive in a discussion of the surgery that was to occur. He preformed the surgery one day and I was out of the hospital the next day. My pain is gone. I would highly recommend Dr. Sipos - he is a great doctor and a very caring individual.

My exam was of high quality. But follow-up imaging and physical therapy was recommended but his staff inexplicably would not seek approval from my health insurance company to cover expenses.

Dr. Sipos did a second surgery, 11/16/2017 on my lumbar spine, this time the L-2 through L-5 were involved The surgery was 12 hours long, but my recovery has been very rapid. Dr. Sipos explains the surgery very thoroughly. Post-op visits have been helpful. My prior back surgery, also done by Sr. Sipos was in 2009. It also was complex, and involved L-5, S-1. My recovery was complete, and I was pain-free for eight years, He exudes an air of confidence and care. I would never consider another neuro-surgeon.
