Dr. Erica Kathleen Johnson

I’m not surprised to see another 1 star review on here. This doctor was constantly late to our appointments, was inconsistent about communication on payments due, and overall presented many obstacles to continuity of care. And, as the other review mentioned she is very rude. I am mortified that a psychiatrist would act this way and urge, URGE you to avoid this person. Having to deal with doctors like this are the reason mental health care can end up exasperating issues for mental health patients.

Today I was supposed to have my first appointment with Erica Johnson, and during our video call after asking why I came to her, I said I need a therapist. She proceeded to tell me that she’s not a therapist and looked at me like I’m from another planet. I then started crying because I was so overwhelmed and thought she was supposed to listen to me to provide care. She was so rude and I don’t know what she wanted from me. She told me that I’m wasting away time for other clients, when I myself was trying to get help. I do not recommend her if you are in desperate need of a caring person to help guide you.
