Dr. Erica Tabisha Perez, DO

Was extremely cold and curt. No compassion at all. Did not care one bit about what I had going on. Extremely disappointed.

the worst doctor i’ve ever seen in my life. disrespectful and didn’t care at all. she truly picked the wrong career path, i don’t even know why she’s a doctor. it’s so clear that she doesn’t care about people and that she doesn’t like what she does. so inconsiderate, no compassion whatsoever. i would not recommend at all and i am 100% switching. i hope i never see that lady again

My doctor left and was replaced by Erica Perez. Two months in a row she has not responded to requests to refill my monthly prescription for days after it is due to e refilled. I have not met her or spoken to her, she does not seem to care about my care at all. It's a shame because the receptionist are very nice and tell me "she should be able to get to it today" yet Dr. Perez always seems to fall short. I don't know why you would become a doctor if you don't actually care about people.

I wouldn't even bother making an appointment with this "doctor". She doesn't care and is just there for a paycheck. Unfortunately our insurance is going to be billed, just to deal with someone who didnt give a crap or concern for my daughters health. She treated us as if we are on welfare, like she is better than us and didnt need to do anything. I will make sure to get an appointment with an actual doctor or switch, she doesn't deserve to be in a practice. My daughter felt more comfortable talking to the nurse. What a waste of time. I can't stand our health system anymore. It's sad we have to pay alot of money for our coverage just to be treated like garbage. She doesn't deserve the one star, but I have to give it just so I can leave a review.
