My primary focus has been working with children and adolescents, helping them build emotional resilience, improve behavior, and navigate complex social and developmental challenges. I have experience supporting children on the autism spectrum, and I approach each client with patience, compassion, and an individualized plan of care. I also have a strong background in working with children who display negative behaviors—often rooted in trauma or learned survival responses. Rather than focusing solely on the behavior, I aim to understand its origin and support healthier coping strategies.In addition to my work with youth, I also work with adults who are facing a variety of life stressors, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. Whether supporting a child through emotional dysregulation or helping an adult process life transitions, I believe that honesty and trust are essential to the therapeutic relationship.I believe that life can be …incredibly stressful, and no one is meant to navigate it entirely alone.
