Outside of work, I enjoy time outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, golfing, or snowboarding in winter. I love to spend time with my dog and I am an avid guitarist. I come from a small town, and it does not get much better than weekends ‘up north’ with family and friends. I also have an interest in exploring psychoanalytic theories, which inspire me to bring fresh perspectives to my practice.My approach to mental health care is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to help improve your quality of life. I believe in a collaborative approach to care, where together we can create a path toward healing and balance.
