This office made my biopsy and diagnosis of breast cancer extra stressful and awful. After my biopsy, I was told I'd hear the results after two days. I called for an entire week and kept getting the answering service and never receiving a call back. When I finally got through, they couldn't locate my results (10 days after biopsy) I had to physically drive to the lab that analyzed my samples to pick up the biopsy reports from them. I switched surgeons immediately. Bedside manner isn't good either. I was prescribed a valium prior to my biopsy but was still understandably nervous about the procedure. She barked at me: "didn't you take the valium?" Maybe I caught her at the wrong time, but none of these interactions sat well with me.

Dr. Berne provided great care and took the time to explain my options. Her Boca Raton staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The Boca Raton office and exam rooms are clean.

Would NOT ever recommend. Sloppy surgeon. Don’t bring even your dog to her. Worst.

Not compassionate, doesn't make eye contact, has a terrible bed side manner. Makes you feel like you're not important and she has better things to do with her time.

DR Berne gave me a very clear plan of what we would do and gave me peace of mind. Great office staff and a nice office.

Dr Berne doesn't make any eye contact with the paciente. She is not friendly at all, and doesn't even ask the patient how are you? You have to guess about the next steps because the two times that I saw her she was in such a big rush. Does not have any manners as a Dr

The doctor doesn't even make eye contact or asks how are you or how do you feel (even after having a biopsy 4 days earlier!!). Explains the minimum and definitely feels very unprofessional.

Dr. Berne really put my husband and I at ease at a very trying time. She performed a surgical biopsy on me and I was very happy with her. She is very thorough and knowledgeable.
