Dr. Felix W K Chu, MD

This doc didn't fully listen to my concerns then ordered unnecessary diagnostic tests and insisted that I follow through with them. His words were, "I just need you to do one more thing for me." He was unavailable for weeks when I called his office to try to get clarification on why he felt a video fluoroscopic swallow exam was an important next step. (I eventually decided to just do it, despite my misgivings. It came back with all negative findings.) During the initial visit, he actually used the phrase "treat 'em and street 'em," no joke, when I asked him why the initial visit was so brief and felt so rushed.

It took forever to get an appointment. Once I got one, the surgery scheduler never sent the pre-authorization request all the way through. I've lost track of how many times I've had to call to confirm pre-authorization of a surgery. I finally got one back the Friday before. The ENT's office asked me to call the surgical center instead to find out what the mix up was. I gave up and told her to cancel. I'm now getting phone calls from the auto-dialer to confirm the follow up appointments. They didn't call those appointments. There's no way to cancel through the auto-dialer. I call back and there's no one there to help with scheduling. I was told I need to call back to the auto dialer follow the prompts and cancel each follow up appointment individually. I was also told there's no supervisor to take feedback, nor is there anyway able to help with scheduling until I keep calling back.

Wow. Dr. Chu was a doctor that was assigned to me after my primary referred me.. boy did I luck out. Minimal to no bruising, no pain, and honestly an amazing result. He just happens to be hilarious too. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Didn't even bother thinking. Decided before hearing critical details. When I tried to correct his obvious false statements he flat out refused.

I only trust him. He has been my ENT for 20+ years. My kids now go see him. He is gental and caring. He knows what he is doing and makes sure that everything is taken care of the first time

Dr. Chu is probably one of the best physicians I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He is extremely professional, and made me feel very confident in his knowledge of my situation. I had a deviated septum, and he performed the surgery that corrected it. I can safely say that I am the only person I know who has had this surgery and it has not back fired. I have heard horror stories about surgeries not working, collapsing, etc. I have had zero complications after my surgery, and I can finally breathe out of the left nostril for the first time in my entire life. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs any ear, nose, and throat issues. He is the best.
