Francisco J Velazquez, MD

Dr. Velazquez is an extraordinary doctor--attentive, diagnostically acute, always up-to-date on medications, laboratory tests and appropriate referrals. He's also charming, respectful, and of generous heart and mind. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. The only problem: he's become so much in demand that one might have to wait for at least a week to have an appointment with him. On the plus side, his assistant Tamara is almost as good as he is himself.

Dr. Francisco Velazquez is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He has an awesome personality and has a wonderful staff. I highly recommend him.

I've used his (this) clinic dating back before he purchased the practice. I've never had a doctor that seemed more concerned about my health as DR Velazquez. As my title suggests I spend a significant amount of time going to doctors. I am not qualified to suggest he is the best doctor but I can say as long as I live in driving range of Houston he will be my primary Doctor. He really cares and tries to do what is best for you.

My entire life I have been extremely nervous to go to the doctor. This is the first doctor that makes me feel at ease, the level of trust is immense. He is compassionate and I feel he truly cares about my well-being. He takes time to make sure I understand everything. Truly the best doctor I have ever had!!

Everything you want in a physician......

I've been a patient for several years. Dr. Velasquez has always been willing to listen to my complaints and questions and answer them. He looks out for his patients and has no problem recommending less expensive drugs when they are available.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Velazquez for the past several years and with each visit I have gained more and more respect for this young physician. He is thorough, precise, patient and compassionate. His knowledge of my particular issues I feel are absolute and I have total faith in his opinions and recommendations. I have never left his office without feeling that I had received the very best medical attention possible. I am so very grateful to have found someone of his caliber to care for me.

The 4th star did not work so my overall rating? 4 stars. (maybe that 4th star is never used)This is a doctor that is ABOVE par. Like in the 60's when Dr.'s actually came to your house.It has been rough finding a doctor in an area that claims to be the best MedicaL Center in the world. I left Houston 2002 after 20 years of being at the high end of being the designer in this medical center.After finishing work on the new stages of Dartmouth Hospital, I have returned to a much different place.It took me 3 months to find this guy and finally Dr. Luna (River Oaks Emergency Care) who I must say shares the same attributes as Dr. Velazquez, referred me.ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS UPDATED INFO but as long as it is wrong, the more time he'll have for me.
