Dr. Gabriel Louis Dassa, DO

So all I have to say is the staff is very unprofessional. I arrived at my appointment and I was unable to see Dr Dassa who did my surgery. The person I saw asked me why do I have crutches. I informed him they gave them to me after the surgery, which was on my right ankle. So the gentleman goes on to tell me I had major repairs done to my shoulder and I shouldn't be here. It takes 2 1/2 weeks after the surgery. I inform him I had surgery on my ankle a week ago and made an appt to have my stitches out. He ask me was i sure. So now that was done. I complain at the front desk and she tells me it was a mistake. I inform her everytime I come here there's always something. She tells me togo see another doctor. Save your time a find somewhere else to go. You will wait 2 hours past the time of your appt on a regular basis. The staff is not considerate. I came here for convenience. Nothing has been convenient. Go somewhere else please.

Horrible customer service. Waiting hours after a scheduled appointment, nobody answers the phone at the office. And nobody returns your call.

This is the worst experience I ever had at a doctors office. I am being seen for a workers compensation claim. No matter what time your appointment is you will wait an additional two hours to be seen. I always arrive at lease thirty minutes before my appointment and it horrible that they book some many people for the same time. Today I am writing this and have a 1:30 appointment and it is now 2:30. Other people have been called that I been here before them. If I could go somewhere else I would, but gonna have surgery soon and workers compensation will not pay for me to see another doctor. I hope the surgeon is better than his staff.
