I had an annual physical examination this past Saturday and the clinic did not have any hand sanitizer in the lobby in the lobby. Then, when it was time to provide urine sample, they didn't have sterilized cups to collect the specimen. They have small plastic water cups without a lid and the specimen drop box was already full with other specimens left previously. I fear crossed contamination. Lastly, the doctor did not make any observation using instruments to look into my eyes, ears, nose and throat, neither did he tap any part of my body nor did auscultation. He was very eager to prescribe Prozac. I was there for an annual physical not to get an antidepressant which I don’t need. I am not sure if what they are doing is even legal…meaning collecting specimen in a plastic water cup???!!!

Dr Nguena is both professional and thorough. His bedside manner is AWESOME and I highly recommend him

I have never seen a doctor like Dr. Gabriel. He is very rude he spoke to me in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. He spends little to not time with you it was less than 5 minutes. He even told me I can leave if I'm in a hurry when I asked him how long it will take for my results to come back. Overall I do not recommend him and I will never go back if he is there.
