Dr. Gabriela Liliana Petrescu, MD

I was a patient of Petrescu back in 2013. She's a true midwit. This would be people with an IQ of about 120. The type that's very capable of absorbing data but has little ability to critically analyze it. If her IQ were any higher she would know by now that psychiatry is a pseudoscience. Psychology is what you need to turn to if you want to understand the workings of the mind. Psychiatrists are the modern version of alchemists. The only "mental illness" that's ever been found to have a genetic link is Down's Syndrome. Other than that, these pseudoscientists just go down a checklist of symptoms then say that you have a mental illness and there's a genetic link. These symptoms are things that they could apply to any person if they try hard enough. It's all a bunch of mumbo jumbo. It's like if you had a cold but you were past the runny nose. You were just coughing a bunch of stuff up and you felt fatigued from fighting the virus. Then the doctor used the cough and fatigue symptoms to… diagnose you with a totally different illness instead of just isolating the cold virus and diagnosing you with a cold. The only way that psychiatry will stand the test of time is if they rebrand it to be something like the study of "pharmaceuticals" on the mind. My name is Adrian. Dr. Petrescu injected me with Invega Sustenna back in 2013. That was when it was basically unheard of. She wanted to see the affects. Gabriela is not malicious. She is selfish. She does not care about her patients. Yes, Dr. Petrescu, it's that Adrian. I was only twenty-two at the time. I remember you looked like you were going to cry because I've always treated you like I'm more intelligent. I am. It's reality. I should have been nicer, yes. At the same time, all of you were already approaching me as though I were less than you. The treatment you got from me may not have been what you deserved but it's what the hospital deserved. Blame them for putting you in that position. Why am I leaving this review now? Your jealousy effected how you treated me. How dare you put in my chart that I have average intelligence. There's no other doctor on this planet who would agree with you. That said, I wish you nothing but the best. I know more about you than you realize. I got glimpses of your humanity here and there. I truly hope that you do better in the future. The fact that a bad review is the full extent of your repercussions should leave you very grateful. I've taken no legal action. At the same time, I am grateful to you. You strongly suggested that I start collecting social security. That was a sort of consulation prize for the treatment I was given that turned out to be unnecessary. I used the free time to learn a couple more languages, become an excellent musician, and travel all over the place having illegitimate children. I could have become a much more productive citizen but then my mark on this world would have minimized. A genius needs free time to do his works. I've been much more impactful than this world knows. The government knows. That's why they keep giving me this money although I've been working for years and all signs point to me not needing it. Looks like malingering got me $100,000. Plenty have doctors have seen that it's all an act. You all at CMHIP refused to believe me when I told you. I told the doctor at the ER that I am manipulative. It's your fault that you didn't believe me. You chose to underestimate me. In the end, your false sense of security worked against you. Maybe you can get this money cut off. I'm bored with traveling. Like all geniuses, I get bored easy.

Dr. Petrescu is a very condescending doctor. She is not open to any new research and is not a problem solver. As an educated person with a family member with psychiatric problems I have found her demeaning, rude and uncaring as well as unprofessional. I don't believe she deserves her position and would never recommend her to anyone!!!!

She has the biggest god complex I have ever seen in a doctor. When I would tell her what I was feeling on certain drugs, she'd tell me I was lying. I was manic and needed to increase my lithium and she refused to do a new lithium draw, leaving me to find a new doctor who cared if I lived immediately. Her nurse doesnt remember patients- he spent a whole phone call yelling at me because he thought I was someone else, and then lied about his follow up care with me. They aren't interested in problem solving WITH the patient- they are under the mentality that all patients are low functioning and are liars. This comes from her working at the state mental hospital where she is just as ignorant. Not to mention she only practices one day a week so if there is an emergency, instead of being able to call for a cancellation or phone consult, you HAVE to go to the ER because she is unreachable- even by her nurse.
