Dr. Gale Organist, MD

She is kind and even tempered. Always supportive and very helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for care.

Passive aggressive, disingenuous, and disorganized. She lives in exorbitant wealth above what 99% of people in the world will ever be blessed with, and it shows. She is completely disconnected from the struggles most people face getting by and making ends meet in their day-to-day lives, she openly denigrates the most vulnerable people in society, and she pushes drugs immediately rather than more deeply examining the context and situational factors that might affect a person’s mental health. I told her that I thought I was struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder, and she proceeded to explain that there’s no way I could have that, given that she’s known people with BPD, and they are all “very creepy.” After six years, she decided that I was creepy enough to have BPD after all, and she simply couldn’t have known sooner due to “not seeing me behind closed doors” (interesting fact: she saw me behind closed doors many, many times for all those years). A highly educated woman who… thinks that her fancy degree makes up for a serious lack of integrity and trustworthiness.

Made an appointment for my college daughter who is having trouble thriving in college due to ADHD and executive function issues. I sent two emails and left two phone messages prior to the visit to give Dr. Organist some family history, but she never responded to any of them. When we got to her office on time, she was not there. I called her, and she answered bewildered, (sounded like I woke her up, 10:30 am.) She apologized and said she would be there in 10 minutes. Then I had second thoughts and called her back. I asked her if she had received all my messages. She said yes. No apologies or excuses. So, I told her we weren't staying and canceled the appointment. What kind of professionalism is that? It worried me that we might have stayed and she could have treated my daughter and not followed professional protocol and put my child on the wrong path. There need to be better ways of vetting doctors before putting our health at risk with unqualified professionals

Came to her with depression and anxiety issues, she got me hooked on xanax ambien and whatever the med rep in waiting room was pushing. She said i needed ect; and that ruined my life. I trusted her and she was a drug dealer with a fancy degree... I am positive if I never stepped into her office I would be okay instead my life is ruined. In

Dr. Organist did not help me with my problem of medication withdrawal. She is also out of my network and therefore charges much more than a Network Provider. I do not recommend her.

disorganized, puts you on medication and doesn't follow up. Doesn't get back to you in a timely manner, can be subtly passive aggressive. Not professional enough.
