Dr. Gary David Vogin, MD

I was until recently one of Dr. Vogin's patients. Dr. Vogin is like a robot - and not an especially bright one. There are only so many things Dr. Vogin can do, so you have to spoon feed him information. He lacks empathy, took no time to get to know me or understand my concerns, and showed a dizzying amount of arrogance for someone who peddles mushrooms and Brazil nuts as cures for medical conditions. I know my body well, and when I presented Dr. Vogin with a list of conditions and medications I take, he attempted to gaslight me into distrusting past doctors and my own intimate knowledge of my body. One medication I needed specifically for a chronic lung disease, he took me off of and put me on another drug I had already told him would make me sick. After six months on the drug, my condition was worse, and Dr. Vogin switched me back to the original drug. The man is a joke. I wouldn't use him again as a last resort - I would just do research on the internet. The outcome would be better.

Dr. Vogin is a doctor that actually cares about you and finds different ways to counter the problems and even try’s using alternate solutions. He’s very compassionate and even has a deep understanding of herbal cures without using harsh medications.

The best doctor I ever had at Kaiser. He is extremely thorough and detailed. He actually cares about the patient.

I am a new Kaiser patient. Dr. Vogin, being my first doctor at Kaiser was very patient and thorough in documenting, transfering and addressing all pertinent medical concerns and questions.

I have been to many doctors at Kaiser and Dr Vogin is one of the best; certainly the best Primary Doctor. When another doctor would not do bloodwork when I needed it, Dr Vogin immediately ordered blood work to be done. He is so smart and I would never want to have a different primary doctor.
