I had a zoom visit with Dr Colby. During the visit, I was appraised of my current status. The results of my MRA were shared, thoroughly explained, and my questions were answered in terms that a lay person could understand, without being patronizing. Dr Colby is an excellent neurosurgeon and has a relatable demeanor.

You never go to a NeuroSurgeon when you are having a good time - Dr. Colby is kind and takes his time to answer questions and to explain whatever is going on. Sadly, If you are reading this I imagine that you or a loved one is having health issues - You will be in good hands with Dr. Colby.

I have just recently started with Dr. Colby, and immediately felt that I made the perfect choice of my neurosurgeon. I had a recent angiogram and he located two separate aneurysms on the right side of my brain. I will be undergoing endovascular repair in about three weeks.

I researched several doctors and immediately upon reading about Dr Colby’s education, professional experience, and watching one of his videos; I knew that he was the right doctor for me. Coincidentally, my PCP recommended Dr Colby after doing her own research. Upon meeting Dr Colby, I was not disappointed. In fact, I was more impressed. He explained his findings in detail and with clarity, and took time to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and confident that I was in the best possible hands. Sometime later, he performed an angiogram to get a more detailed view of my aneurysm. I had complete trust in Dr Colby, but I was still anxious. But again, on the day of the angiogram, Dr Colby spoke with my husband prior to the procedure; and I felt completely reassured and all my nerves were gone. The prep, procedure, and recovery were all seamless and painless! It is also important to note that before and since the angiogram, Dr Colby and his team have been very responsive… when I’ve had questions. I would highly recommend Dr Colby!

Dr Colby is an excellent physician. He was a part of a team that literally saved my life a year ago when I was diagnosed with a complicated and rare disease that included an aneurysm. He performed brain aneurysm surgery and I had no complications. He was extremely informative with both me and my family and I have had a follow up procedure that he performed that went just as well. I found him to be very warm and caring. He leaves a large gap as part of my care team in Baltimore but will be an asset to whatever practice he is a part of.
