Dr. George William Gray JR., MD

I really like both doctors and think they are very good, but the office is absolutely the worst. They never answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. It takes forever to get any results from them. The simple answer is to hire more staff.

They never answer the phone or return calls. NEVER NEVER NEVER. You can never get them when you need them.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gray for over 20 years and I’m so happy because he’s one of few doctors who really and takes time to LISTEN and go over and explain His entire health plan so you understand treatment. Down to earth and very caring!

Dr. Gray seems to be good Dr. I’ve been seeing him a couple of years now. His staff on the other hand is terrible. You can’t get through when you call to speak to anyone and they never call you back. They don’t send records in a timely manner nor prescriptions. He needs new and better people.

The wait times are better at Indian River hospital than this office. The national average is 18 min, Ive been waiting 45, and still haven’t been seen. This is my first visit and doesn’t include the 15 min early request for paper work. I’ve been here for an hour. Not a good first impression for sure. I told the desk I would need to leave, they said there was nothing they can do the doctor is behind. My appointment was at 9:30, they open at 9:00 how behind can you be?

Dr George is a very good and nice Dr he is very easy to talk to and explained everything out to you in a language you can understand I would recommend hi to my friends

He takes his time doesn't rush you out and answers all your questions he's a very compassionate Doctor he also has been taking care of my mother's for 16 years and she loves him I would highly recommend Dr Gray

MA is horrible but I sacrifice that to see a great physician

A great Doctor. And the staff are very busy trying to help patients phone calls, phone never stops ringing, and the walk-in's trying to get refills. It's so busy because they're that good, both doctor's.

Takes all the time you need to listen and answer questions!
