Great experience. Everyone here is nice and helpful and communicates well.

I could not hear out of my right ear and Dr. G figured out it was a buildup of ear wax! Fixed it super quickly.

Dr. Gianoli is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He is very patient, knowledgeable and truly care about the wellbeing of the patient. He takes to time to explain complex medical terms in simple terms. All the staff are very kind, care and professional.

I was very anxious to go through the testing, and the staff was incredible with informing me every step of the way of the logistics of each test, as well as giving me ample recovery time when things were difficult. I never felt rushed to move to the next thing, while at the same time, they were quick to help me move through each process efficiently. The staff was kind, thorough, and Dr. Gianoli was amazing. I felt very heard and understood despite my odd symptoms and history, and he connected the dots for me in a way that was empathetic and insightful.

So far no noise induced vertigo and ability to lay on down with back of head on pillow without extreme skull pressure. Easier recovery than expected the first week. Wonderful friendly staff.
