Dr. Mendoza has a strong commitment with his patients. He dedicates quality time on us. Among all doctors that I have had, who are always in a rush, he is by far the best I have found

Doctor Gino Mendoza is an extraordinary doctor who knows how to give a diagnosis. He is not in a hurry to talk to you. On the contrary, he is patience and listens to every single person needs. He is also my mom's, husband and aunt's doctor.

He is very competent in his practice. Check-ups are through. His office is nice, and the receptionists are courteous. Easy appointment, and short wait time. I would highly recommend this doctor.

I am an infrequent patient. The doctor is nice, patient and helpful. I found the office staff were fine. My calls are consistently answered, making appointments is not a hassle. I never got appointments as early as I wanted, but who does in MD area anyway!

The medical assistants are very unprofessional and unfriendly. Specially the lady at the lab. She cannot withdrawl blood.

I am extremely dissapointed!! I have not yet been able to make an appointment with this Doctor so can not rate him. However I can say that the I have tried to make an appointent and all I get is a busy signal when they finally pick up they I am asked to hold. I waited way too long so I hang up and call again. I call again, and again I'm asked to hold. I explain to the female I've been on hold for a very long time. Showing no professionalism what so ever she hangs up. With this kind of customer support on the phone, makes me wonder the service I will get once I get there.
