Dr. Glenn Eric Waldman, MD

I had a surgery by Dr. Waldman in 2013, both medical and rhinoplasty. Prior to surgery, my biggest concern physically with my nose was a large bump on the right side. I could tell Dr. Waldman was really focused on the size of my nose so I remember specifically bringing it up again at my pre-op to make sure it was getting addressed, and of course he said yes and not to worry. Immediately following my surgery, I was devastated when the bump was still there. Dr. Waldmann agreed at my post-op appointment that it was still “thicker” on the right side but that nothing more could be done for at least a year so there was nothing that could be done at that point. Fast forward, I moved to another state, and was beyond upset with the results of my surgery, and I had no money to do anything about it. I reached out to Dr. Walman’s office in 2015 via email and never got an answer so I went to multiple doctors in my new state and I was told my nasal bones were crooked, causing the bump. Obviously… corrective surgery was going to cost me big, only adding to all of my frustration with my situation. So I finally met with Dr. Waldmann again in 2021 to see if anything could be done because I couldn’t handle it anymore, and he said my nose must have “moved back.” I don’t get how this could be, cause at no point after my surgery was my nose ever straight. He suggested I could come back to his office and have another procedure to “break” the nose back in place, at my expense of course. After 5 days or so of waiting on the quote, I got a letter from Dr. Waldman saying he doesn’t want to be the one to do another surgery and I should have someone else in my new state fix it. He said our thoughts and expectations weren’t in alignment- apparently wanting a straight nose after paying him $8k to give me a straight nose is too much to ask. I went to another dr., he said my nosal bones are shifted to the right making it look like a big bump and the left side is collapsed. Lovely. At no point when I’ve expressed my frustration with my results did Dr. Walman offer an ounce of empathy, he’s just been extremely defensive. Not even a simple “I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the results.” Really feels like salt in the wound. If he did a good job on my surgery, why would he be suggesting I come in for another procedure? My post-op notes for the appointment where I expressed my concerns (and he agreed with them) just say that I was “doing fine.” I’m livid and depressed. I’ve lost tens of thousand of dollars now thanks to him, and I majorly regret having ever stepped foot in his office.

Dr. Waldman and his staff are excellent! This is a very professional, caring and knowledgeable office of caregivers. I needed to take my 14 year old daughter in to see Dr. Waldman for a lesion that wasn’t healing on her hard palate. Dr. Waldman’s only concern was the well-being and best interest of my daughter. The following week, Dr. Waldman surgically removed the lesion with precise accuracy and care. He was able to do this procedure in his office with just a local anesthetic. No complications and both my daughter and I were pleased with the surgery. Thankfully the pathology results came back as just inflammation and nothing of concern. I highly recommend Dr. Waldman for any ENT needs you might have. His knowledge and expertise are bar none. Dr. Waldman is the only ENT I and my family will ever go to.

I have been suffering from sinusitis for almost twenty years of my life and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Waldman. Not only is he so Incredible at what he does, he is also kind and caring. On top of that, his staff is 100% on point. They are so helpful, friendly, and organized. Look no further, you have found the best!! I also have Dr. Waldman do my dysport and I wouldn’t trust anyone one else.

I went to Dr. Waldman after having switched insurance companies two weeks post-op from my second sinus surgery. I was very hestitant but felt immediately at home in his office. He and his staff are extremely professional and I feel very secure in his care. I would recommend him to anyone who is having troulbe with thier sinuses. He did my third sinus surgery and I was very happy with the results. Little pain and great care!
